For a 2-year registration: 1) OHIO ID/DL and 2) credit or debit card plus $6.95 reg fee for 2 years, For a 3 year: 1) OHIO ID/DL and 2) 2 current utility bills, $9.95 reg fee. You will receive two free coupons with any registration option.
